Every month we'll read a new YA title and discuss the book via Zoom. We plan to be genre inclusive and read a variety of titles.

Stressed out? Recognize biological reactions to stressful situations and learn techniques to manage your stress response. All animals share basic chemical responses to perceived dangers. Learn how to distinguish the stressors that you can and cannot control, and use that information to lower their effects on your body and mind. Pick up a small kit of de-stressors at the library between December 28-January 6. Register HERE.

The class will be held through Zoom and all craft supplies will be available in kits that can be picked up at the library (1 kit per registered attendee).
