Meditation Class

Drop-in for a free meditation class every Thursday from 3:30-4:40 p.m. in Wright Library's Community Room.  The classes will be led by instructors from Sahaja Yoga Meditation.  Sahaja Yoga is simple and suitable for all ages.  All are welcome.
