DUE TO COVID-19 & MAJOR RENOVATIONS: Please contact the library to find out if we have meeting spaces available for public use at this time.
The Library has 2 rooms which can be reserved by groups and organizations for gatherings of a civic, cultural, or educational nature, when not in use for library-related events. Visit the Circulation Desk or call (937) 294-7171 to schedule any of the rooms.
- Aberdeen Conference Room (maximum 8 people)
- Community Room (maximum 75 people; minimum of 8 required to reserve in advance.)
One or two individuals can use the rooms on a walk-in basis, dependent upon availability. Larger groups may be asked to sign a Meeting Room Reservation Agreement.
Advance reservations can only be made for groups of 3 or more. A signed Meeting Room Reservation Agreement is required to reserve the Community Room in advance and can also be used to reserve the conference rooms. You may print and fill out the form to return to the library in person or by email. Please read and be familiar with the Library's Meeting Room Policy before your event.
A variety of groups meet at Wright Library. We're featuring them in a series of short videos. View our first below and more can be found on our YouTube channel.
