Lively discussions can be expected at this friendly book club, where every voice is heard! Next Chapter Book Club promotes literacy, social connections, and inclusion for adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities. Guided by librarians, participants work together to decide on a book, then read and discuss it as a group over the course of several weeks.
The Next Chapter Book Club is a community-based literacy program for ages 18 and up with developmental disabilities. The club originated in Columbus and is now used as a model across the United States.
Wright Library provides two options to attend: virtual or in-person. Both groups meet Mondays at 6 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
To join The Next Chapter Book Club, or get more information, please contact the library.
