The Dayton Music Club, the Dayton Guitar Society, and Wright Library are pleased to bring classical guitarist Ashley Nalley to Dayton. Nalley, a student in Guitar Performance at the University of Kentucky, participated in a masterclass and performed in the guitar orchestra at the 2016 Guitar Foundation of America (GFA) festival. In 2017, he studied with Judicael Perroy at the Festival Music Alp in Tignes France. He also played in masterclasses with GFA winners Thomas Viloteau and Xavier Jara, and with Grammy-winning classical guitarist, David Russell. In performance, Mr. Nalley aims to share classical music with the public in an enjoyable and unique way. Often performing with a set of visuals to go along with his music, he hopes to incite some deeper meanings and connections through the music.
